In late adulthood, attitudes about death shift. Anxiety decreases while hope increases.
Late adulthood is one of the six stages of the Erik Erikson's model of psychosocial development . This stage begins at about age 65 and it is the the last stage of physical change. Older adults are more likely to be challenged with physical, mental, and social changes.
