I believe the answer is: Group policy object editor or management console(GPMC)
Group policy object editor or management console (GPMC) is used to make sure that all administrators that have access to the computer worked within a certain set of standard. To access this, we just have to click start-point to administrative tools, and click Group Policy Management to open the GPMC.
