68.5/100= 0.685metres

There are 100 centimeters in one meter. Because of this, it should be easy to figure out how many meters it snowed. It's pretty simple, you're basically just rewording 68.5

You could round this to say that it snowed .7 meters, but if you're looking for a direct answer it could be 3/5 of a meter, 68.5% of a meter, or .685 of a meter.
