First you find the area of  both circles... The smaller one is Pi, and the other one is 1.75pi. Take 1.75pi and multiply it by 13, getting 22.75pi. Do the same for the other circle, getting 13pi. Now subtract the former number by the latter number, getting 9.75pi, and that is the volume.
