You use 6 gallons of water on 20 plants in your garden. At that rate, how much water will it take to water 30 plants?

Find how much it takes to water 10 plants.

20/2=10

6/2= 3

It takes 3 gallons of water 10 plants.

3*3= 9

It takes 9 gallons of water for 30 plants.
