This could be answered using Newton's second law of motion which is F = ma.
Where:
F is the net force;
m is the mass; and
a is the acceleration

but we need to solve for m which is mass, so rearrange the formula for Newton's second law of motion and you will get

m = F/a

m = 8/1.1

= 7.27 Kg this would be the answer.
