We have 35.5 + x + y = 180
So, x + y = 145.5;
Then, x/y = 7/10;
x = 7k; y = 10k;
then, 7k + 10k = 144.5;
17k = 144.5;
k = 144.5/17;
k = 8.5;
x =  59.5 and y = 85 are the measures of those two angles.
