(14+2)=6+(2×(3+2)

Yes.
14+2 would equal 16.
Then on the other half you always do parentheses first. In this case you have parentheses inside parentheses so you would do 3+2 which equals 5. Then do 5x2 which equals 10. And fianlly add the 6 you have left over and it gives you 16. You end up with 16=16.
