how did you get 7/20=0.35

[tex] \frac{7}{20} = \frac{7 \times 5}{20 \times 5} = \frac{35}{100} = 0.35[/tex]

Hope that makes more sense to you as to why 7/20 = 0.35

7 / 20 is the same as 7 divided by 20

Simply put that in your calculator to get 0.35
