Given an experiment with 5 trials, the sum of probabilities is 1.

i.e.
p(o1) + p(o2) + p(o3) + p(o4) + p(o5) = 1

0.10 + 0.20 + 0.30 + 0.15 + p(o5) = 1

0.75 + p(o5) = 1

p(o5) = 1 - 0.75 = 0.25

p(o5) = 0.25
