The original point is at (-3, 5), right?
If you do (x-2), it would be (-3 - 2), which x = -5
If you do (y+4), it would be (5 +4), which y = 9.

So the new point is (-5,9)

(I hope I did this right, it's been a while since I've done it. Hope I helped!!)
