Assuming that the "[tex]3[/tex]" behind the a is the [tex]exponent [/tex]

So, [tex] \frac{6a^3}{3a} [/tex] [tex]Replace [/tex] the [tex]3[/tex] with a [tex]2[/tex]

 Now, [tex] \frac{6a^2}{3} [/tex]

[tex] \frac{6a}{3a} = 2a [/tex]

[tex]Answer: 2a^2[/tex]
