in a matter of fact, both can lead both ways, change can lead to freedom, and freedom leads to change. If you want freedom your gonna have to change, for example, If my mom always cleaned on her free time and I just watched Tv the entire time, Don't you think she doesn't have freedom? But, if I changed and started helping around the house she would have more freedom. Do you get what I'm saying? your gonna have to change to lead to freedom, but your gonna also have to use freedom to lead to change.

Hope I helped! :)
