f(x) = 2x + 7
g(x) = 3x² - 1

f(g(x)) = 2(3x² - 1) + 7
f(g(x)) = 2(3x²) - 2(1) + 7
f(g(x)) = 6x² - 2 + 7
f(g(x)) = 6x² + 5

The answer is A.
