8 because 3•2+3•3-7=8

if f(x) = x² + 3x − 7
then if your finding when x= 3 then simply subtitute x for three in the equation and then solve it

∴      f(3) = (3)² + 3(3) - 7
              = 9 + 9 - 7
              = 11
