What is 0÷0? i've been looking around the internet and I can't find an answer

In ordinary arithmetic, the expression has no meaning, as there is no number which, multiplied by 0, gives a (assuming a≠0), and so division by zero is undefined.

division by 0 is not allowed

x/0 is undefined for all real values that you use for x
