To get the equation of the line in standard form is given by

[tex]y=mx+c[/tex]

The slope of a line can be positive, negative, zero, or undefined.

When the line is exactly vertical, it does not have a defined slope

Since we have the coordinates through which the line passes: (-2,13)

where

x=-2 and y=13

Therefore, since the slope is undefined,

x = -2 will be the equation of the line

It can also be expressed as x+2=0
