y is directly proportional to x, so:

y = αx

Where α = constant of proportionality

If y = -0.6 and x = 0.24:

-0.6 = α0.24

Solving for α:

α = -0.6/0.24 = -2.5

Now, if y = -31.5 :

-31.5 = -2.5*x

Solving for x:

x = -31.5/-2.5 = 12.6
