Solution:

Given the vector graph;

The vectors in component form are;

[tex]\begin{gathered} v=\langle0,-3\rangle \\ \\ u=\langle2,-1\rangle \\ \\ w=\langle2,4\rangle \end{gathered}[/tex]

Thus;

[tex]\begin{gathered} 2v=\langle0,-6\rangle \\ \\ u=\langle2,-1\rangle \\ \\ 3w=\langle6,12\rangle \end{gathered}[/tex]

Then;

[tex]2v+u-3w=\langle-4,-19\rangle[/tex]

Now, the graph that represents the resulting vector is GRAPH B
