The given set of equations are,

[tex]\begin{gathered} y=x+4\ldots..(1) \\ y=\frac{3}{2}x+10\ldots..(2) \end{gathered}[/tex]

Substituting the value of y from equation 1 in 2, we get,

[tex]\begin{gathered} x+4=\frac{3}{2}x+10 \\ 2x+8=3x+20 \\ 2x-3x=20-8 \\ -x=12 \\ x=-12 \end{gathered}[/tex]

Now, substituting the value of x in equation 1. we get,

[tex]y=-12+4=-8[/tex]

First option is correct
