Is x/5 = 5/x is always true or sometimes true . Please explain why .NEED HELP IMMEDIATELY

Sometimes true.

Given:

[tex]\frac{x}{5}=\frac{5}{x}[/tex]

The equation above is sometimes true but not always true.

EXPLANATION:

The equation can only be true when x = 5, i.e denominator is equal to numerator. When x = 5, the equation will be true.

But the equation will not be true if x is any other real number apart from 5, ie x ≠ 5

Conditions:

x = 5 ==> True

x ≠ 5 ==> Not true
