we are given the following expression:

[tex]3/4\div\frac{1}{2}[/tex]

Let's remember that for the division of fraction we take the denominator and invert it and multiply both fractions, like this:

[tex]\frac{a}{b}\div\frac{c}{d}=\frac{ad}{cb}[/tex]

Using this property:

[tex]\frac{3}{4}\div\frac{1}{2}=\frac{(3)(2)}{(4)(1)}[/tex]

Solving the operations:

[tex]\frac{(3)(2)}{(4)(1)}=\frac{6}{4}[/tex]

Simplifying the fraction:

[tex]\frac{6}{4}=\frac{3}{2}[/tex]
