The first inequality is false:

[tex]\frac{8}{5}<\frac{9}{10}[/tex]

Mainly because 9/10 is less than 1, and 8/5 is greater than 1.

The second inequality is false:

[tex]1>\frac{6}{5}[/tex]

Because 6/5 is greater than 1.

The third inequality is false:

[tex]\frac{5}{2}<2\frac{1}{2}[/tex]

Because these numbers are equal to 2.5.

The fourth inequality is true:[tex]\frac{8}{4}<\frac{5}{1}[/tex]

Because 8/4 is equal to 2, which is less than 5.
