We will ahve the following:

[tex](-4,\frac{5\pi}{6})[/tex]

First: We determine the x and y components:

*x-component:

[tex]x=-4\cos (\frac{5\pi}{6}\cdot\frac{180}{\pi})\Rightarrow x=2\sqrt[]{3}[/tex]

*y-component:

[tex]y=-4\sin (\frac{5\pi}{6}\cdot\frac{180}{\pi})\Rightarrow y=-2[/tex]

So, the cartesian equivalent is:

[tex](2\sqrt[]{3},-2)[/tex]
