Solution

Basically the exponential form is given by this expression:

[tex]y=a(b)^x[/tex]

a = Is a constant term or initial value

b = growth/decay factor

In order to determine if the functions is growing or decaying we just need to analyze the following:

b>1 (Growing)

b<1 (Decaying)
