The triangle can be drawn as,

The value of angle E can be determined as,

[tex]\begin{gathered} 17+52+\angle E=180 \\ \angle E=111^{\circ} \end{gathered}[/tex]

The value of c can be determined from the sine rule as,

[tex]\begin{gathered} \frac{e}{\sin E}=\frac{c}{sinC} \\ \frac{29.6}{\sin 111^{\circ}}=\frac{c}{\sin 52^{\circ}} \\ c=24.98 \\ \approx25.0 \end{gathered}[/tex]

Thus, the value of c to the nearest tenth is 25.0.
