h=height = 92 m

t =time = 3.1

vf = final speed

v0= initial speed

g= gravity = 9.8 m/s^2

Apply:

Vf = v0 + gt

h = vot + 1/2 g t^2

Vf = 0 + (9.8 m/s^2)(3.1 s )

vf = 30.38 m/s
