H-F in liqiud state has dipole-dipole interactions.

H-F is a polar covalent molecule, so the predominant/strong intermolecular force in liquid state is hydrogen bonding.

This force arises because H-F bond is highly electronegative. These forces are created when a hydrogen atom bonded to an electronegative atom (F in this case) approaches a nearby electronegative atom.
