Put n= -1 on both side
t(0)=-2t(-1)
Now put n=0
We get t(1)= -2t(0)
t(0)= 3/2
t(1)=-2*3/2=-3
Put n=1

T(2)=-2*t(1)
-2*-3
6
Now you can easily found
