We would find the Louisiana has a higher incarceration rate than any other state in the USA (this is according to what I learned last year in Eighth Grade SS). Also, Louisiana has more prisons for incarceration than any state in the US. Basically, the United State's incarceration rate is greatly weighed by Louisiana, which therefor influences the United State's rate.
