Perimeter of square = 4 x 60 = 240 cm
Perimeter of rectangle = 2(width + length) = 2(w + 80) = 240
w + 80 = 240/2 = 120
w = 120 - 80 = 40 cm
Area of rectangle = 40 x 80 = 3200 cm^2
