The domain is {2,0,1}. These are the x values we must plug in to get the corresponding y values

if x = 2, then, y = x^2+4 = 2^2+4 = 8

If x = 0, then, y = x^2+4 = 0^2+4 = 4

If x = 1, then y = x^2+4 = 1^2+4 = 5

So the range is {8, 4, 5}
