The answer is 28

To get this we need to be aware of the Order of Operations. According to the Order of Operations, we need to evaluate what [tex] 5^{2} [/tex] first. So 5*5=25

Now we find the sum of 3+25 and get our answer: 28

Hope this helps!! :)
