First, do what is within the parenthesis. 2/5+1 is 7/5, and 2-(-3) is 5 (If you are subtracting a negative, you add instead. For example, 4-(-2) would be 6) so now you have 7/5*5. Now that you have handled what's within the parenthesis, you can multiply your results. 7/5 times 5 equals 7. 7 is your final answer.
