Answer:

You can just plug in a number for y and solve for x or vise versa :)

If y=1 then... (-17/4,1)

1-12=-4(x+7)

-11=-4x-28

11=4x+28

4x= -17

x= -17/4

If x=0 then. (0, -16)

y-12=0-28

y=-28+12

y= -16
