SOLVE Use the density formula to solve the following problems. A sample of a substance has a volume of 60.5 mL and a density of 1.20 g/mL. What is the mass of the sample?

Density = Mass/Volume
Therefore, Mass = Density x Volume

So the mass of the sample is 1.20 g/mL x 60.5 mL = 72.6 g
