Answer:

The point M(Mx, My) is mid-point of GH with G(Gx, Gy) and H(Hx, Hy).

=> 2*Mx = Gx + Hx => 2*4 = -2 + Hx => Hx = 10

=> 2*My = Gy + Hy => 2*(-3) = 2 + Hy => Hy = -8

=> H(10, -8)
