For the sequence 100, 50, 25 how many terms does it take to get below 1?

Answer:

F(1) = 100

F(2) = 100 - 25 = 75

F(3) = 75 - 25 = 50

F(4) = 50 -25 = 25

F(5) = 25 - 25 = 0

It gets two more terms F(4) and F(5) to get below 1
