(y - y1)/(y2 - y1) = (x - x1)/(x2 - x1)
(y - 4)/(-8 - 4) = (x - 3)/(-3 -3)
(y - 4)/(-12) = (x - 3)(-6)
-6(y-4) = -12(x-3)
-6y + 24 = -12x + 36
12x - 6y + 24 -36 = 0
12x - 6y - 12 = 0
