Gradient, m=[tex] \frac{change in y}{change in x} [/tex]
m=[tex] \frac{8-2}{-5--3} [/tex]
m=[tex] \frac{6}{-2} [/tex]
m=-3
Equation;
y=mx+c
y=-3x+c
Using point (-3,2) to replace for x and y;
2=-3(-3)+c
2=9+c
c=-7
y=-3x-7
