h(t) = -2(t + 5)^2 + 4
h(-8) = -2(-8 + 5)^2 + 4
h(-8) = -2(-3^2) + 4
h(-8) = -2(9) + 4
h(-8) = -18 + 4
h(-8) = - 14

Hey there,

Lets solve this together,

Simplify

[tex]h(t) = -2(t + 5)^2 + 4 h(-8) = -2(-8 + 5)^2 + 4 h(-8) = -2(-3^2) + 4 h(-8) = -2(9) + 4 h(-8) = -18 + 4 h(-8) = - 14[/tex]
