Since Antimycin A blocks the transfer of electron through the cytochrome b-c1 complex it disrupts the complex III. As a result next all the complex will not function i.e. Complex IV and O₂ will  remain oxidized as they are unable to bind with high energy electron. On the other hand, the complexes and components before complex III will remain reduced.
