Try the law of sines
[tex]\frac{\sin A}{a}=\frac{\sin B}{b}[/tex]
[tex]\frac{\sin A}{210}=\frac{\sin 30\°}{164} \\ \\ \sin A=\frac{210\sin 30\°}{164} \\ \\ \sin A = 0.64 \\ \\ A=\sin^{-1}0.64=39.81\°[/tex]
