Start by counting and clapping. If you still can’t get it you could reach out to a private teacher or your band director. Even a friend who has to play the same etude
hi i’m also a flute player and things that have helped me with new etudes are going slowly on each grouping and then speed the grouping up gradually. also WORK WITH A METRONOME!
