C. [tex]\frac {20} {- 5} = - 4[/tex]

D. [tex]\frac {-20} {5} = - 4[/tex]

E .[tex]- \frac {20} {5} = - 4[/tex]

As noted, the last four fractions result in -4. So, they are equivalent fractions.
