The way that the tragedy of Julius Caesar explore the theme of betrayal is : As the tragic figure in the play, Brutus’ involvement in Caesar’s assassination, in which Brutus murders his friend, eventually leads to his downfall.
Brutus decided to betray Caesar because he fear that Caesar's thirst for power will be very dangerous for the empire.
