The area of this triangle can be solved using the Heron's Formula which is expressed as:

Area
= √p(p −a )(p −b )(p −c )

where p is half of perimeter of the triangle and a,b,c are the side lengths.

p = (25 + 25 + 48) / 2
p = 49

Area = √49(49
−25)(49−25)(49−48)
Area = 168
