The answer is f(x)=-1/2x + 1

Explanation:

To find a slope you find rise/run.
Rise is how much the line rises (in this case its -1)
Run is how much the line goes forward (in this case its 2)

So the slope is -1/2

The y intercept is where the line intercepts the y axis (in this case its 1)

So the whole equation is f(x)=-1/2x+1
