A ray of color,
A stretch of light,
The colors of a sunset,
The colors of night.
Red like blood,
Green like the grass,
It wont last forever,
Like all things, it will pass.
Blue like the sky,
Yellow like sun,
Though it may disappear,
Its beauty is never done.
