7x+17=7x-17 is this an identity, conditional or inconsistent equation

7x + 17 = 7x - 17
7x + 17 - 7x = 7x - 17 - 7x
17 = -17

Inconsistent: for no value of x is the above equation true. 17 ≠ -17.
